ZAGG will provide a 2-year product exchange service (limited to terms and conditions)
ZAGG products are covered by a two-year original factory warranty, starting from the date the user purchases the product.
This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, damage or loss caused by operation beyond the intended use, flooding, fire, natural disasters, etc.
To claim a warranty, the purchaser is required to provide an official sales receipt along with the damaged product to be returned to the agent (Connecty Brands Limited), which, at its option, will (1) replace the product during the warranty period, or (2) replace it with a product of equal value. .
If the buyer is unable to physically return the damaged product, the buyer must pay the shipping cost of the replacement product.
In case of any dispute, Connecty Brands Ltd reserves the right of final decision.
